近年来随着知识经济的迅猛发展,对于高素质人才的需求不断攀升,人力资源在企业生产经营中占据着重要地位。在新的发展背景下,要求企业职工不断提升专业技能及综合素养,成为企业发展中坚力量。作为促进人力资本增值的重要方式之一,职工培训的地位也日益突出。本文主要分析了影响培训效果的因素,并提出几点应对之策。
In recent years, with the rapid development of knowledge-based economy, the demand for high-quality talents is on the rise. Human resources occupy an important place in the production and operation of enterprises. Under the new development background, it is required that the employees of enterprises continuously improve their professional skills and comprehensive literacy and become the backbone of their business development. As one of the important ways to promote the added value of human capital, the status of staff training has also become increasingly prominent. This article analyzes the main factors that affect the effectiveness of training, and put forward some countermeasures.
