近期学校举行了“同课异构”的听课活动,整个活动过程中,教师们充分展示了个人风采,体现出了较高的综合素质。教师能够较好地把握教材,充分挖掘教材意图,创造性地利用教材,能够熟练使用各种媒体设备,独立制作多媒体课件,且运用灵活、恰当,收到了较好的教学效果。又通过说课、评课,在求同存异、异中求同中,让每位参加此次活动的教师受益很多。课堂教学的同课异构诠释着新教学理念,为每位教师提高课堂教学水平和教学质量提供了更为广阔的平台。
Recently, the school held “Heterogeneous class ” lectures, the entire process of activities, teachers fully demonstrated the personal style, reflects the high overall quality. Teachers can better grasp the teaching materials, fully exploit the teaching material intentions, make creative use of teaching materials, be proficient in using various media equipment and independently produce multimedia courseware, and use the flexible and appropriate methods to receive better teaching results. Through the class, class evaluation, seeking common grounds while reserving differences, different in the same, so that each participates in the activities of the teachers benefit a lot. The heterogeneous interpretation of the same class in classroom teaching is a new concept of teaching, which provides a broader platform for each teacher to improve classroom teaching and teaching quality.
