分别采用主骨架空隙体积填充法、Superpave方法和贝雷法设计了5种大粒径沥青混合料级配,然后采用大马歇尔试验配合比设计法对所设计的5种大粒径沥青混合料进行了最佳油石比的确定,并对最佳油石比下的大粒径沥青混合料进行了力学特性和路用性能研究。结果表明:大粒径沥青混合料具有较高的抗压强度、抗压回弹模量和劈裂强度,且具有良好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、抗疲劳性能和水稳定性。
Five kinds of large-size asphalt mixture gradation were designed by the method of the main skeleton void volume filling, the Superpave method and the Bere method respectively, and then the large-size Marshall test mix design method was used to design the five kinds of large-size asphalt mixture The determination of the best ratio of oil to stone, and the mechanical properties and road performance of the large particle size asphalt mixture under the optimal ratio of oil to gas were studied. The results show that the large particle size asphalt mixture has high compressive strength, compressive resilience modulus and splitting strength, and has good high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, fatigue resistance and water stability.
