作为一名办刊人,不辱使命是一种责任;作为一名编辑,努力构建好一个平台,让大家通过这方舞台展现自己的才华是一种责任;作为锻压行业的一员,为行业服务是一种责任。也许长久以来,正是这种责任的驱动让我对锻压行业产生了一种很真挚、很忠诚的感情,也就萌动了为行业的企业、协会、人员更好服务的愿望。我希望把企业管理者的风采和实力传递给我们的读者,使大家能够了解行业的现状、发展的脉络,从而适时调整自己的思维方式、知识结构。同时,我也希望通过努力实实在在地为企业做些事,使企业可以通过期刊这一窗口展示自己,可以在当前这种被称为机遇和风险并存的时代彼此借鉴,强强联合,有所作为。于是就有了这次采访的初衷;通过采访行业协会、国内外知名锻压设备公司、国内知名锻件生产企业约七八位经理人,让大家透过诸位独到的观点,有所启示。
As an editor, it is a duty to live up to its mission. As an editor, we strive to build a platform for everyone to show their talent through this stage is a responsibility; as a member of the forging industry, the industry Service is a responsibility. Perhaps it has been for a long time that it is this responsibility that has driven me to create a sincere and loyal affection for the forging industry, and has also aroused the desire for companies, associations, and personnel in the industry to better serve. I hope to convey the elegance and strength of corporate managers to our readers, so that everyone can understand the status quo of the industry and the development context, so as to adjust his own way of thinking and knowledge in a timely manner. At the same time, I also hope that through hard work, I can do something for the company, so that the company can show itself through this window of the journal. It can learn from each other in the era of opportunities known as opportunities and risks. As So there was the original intention of this interview; through interviews with industry associations, well-known forging equipment companies at home and abroad, and about seventy-eight managers of well-known forgings manufacturing companies in China, it was inspiring for everyone to use their unique perspectives.
