General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on “Three Strictnesses and Three Realizations” profoundly expounded the self-cultivation principle and the principle of governing politics for party members and cadres. It is the code of conduct and the basic adherence of the majority of party members and leading cadres. The functions and characteristics of the business administration and market supervision departments are the cut-off points for carrying out the special education of “three strictures and three guarantees”. We should focus on strict right of use, standardize law enforcement and carry out special education with “three strictures and three truths” in high standard and high quality, serve market main body with good work style and serve the masses of consumers.
