建立现代企业制度后,企业管理如何上新台阶?这是当前企业关注的热点问题之一。按照“产权明晰,权责明确,政企分开,管理科学”的改革要求,今后企业必须把“管理科学”作为企管工作上台阶的新标志。在企业诸多基础管理工作中,物流管理贯穿于投入产出的全过程,作为企业内部资金流动的主要载体,它既是众多基础管理工作的交汇点,也是向管理要效益的首要抓手。因此,推进企业“管理科学”,应该把强化物流管理作为首要突破口。
After the establishment of a modern enterprise system, how does corporate management reach a new level? This is one of the hot issues that companies are concerned about. According to the reform requirements of “clear property rights, clear rights and responsibilities, separation of government and enterprises, and management science”, in the future, companies must take “management science” as a new symbol of the management of enterprises. In many basic management tasks of enterprises, logistics management runs through the entire process of input and output, and serves as the main carrier of internal corporate capital flows.
