我国在5万和12.5万千瓦以上的大容量高参数锅炉机组中大都采用膜式水冷壁结构。由于鳍片管的几何形状复杂,在70年代初期还没有一套准确实用的计算方法。根据国外一些有关文献计算所得的鳍片壁温与实际情况有很大的出入。本文在分析了膜式水冷壁管的结构特点和工作条件以后,提出了比较接近实际工况的简化假设,比较准确地处理了管子和鳍片部分对炉膛辐射的照度系数,热流沿管壁的均流系数和鳍端温度计算
Most of our large-capacity high-parameter boiler units above 50,000 and above 125,000 kilowatts use membrane water wall structures. Due to the complex fin tube geometry, there was no accurate and practical method of calculation in the early 1970s. According to some foreign literature calculated the fin wall temperature and the actual situation is very different. After analyzing the structural characteristics and working conditions of membrane wall tube, this paper put forward the simplified hypothesis that is close to the actual working conditions and deal with the illuminance coefficient of tubes and fins to the furnace radiation more accurately.
