近年来,超市在上海等主要城市已经有了很大发展,现在又面临洋超市的挑战、世界超级商业连锁企业,从法国的家乐福、德国与瑞士合资的麦得龙、日本佳世客,到泰国的易初莲花,已先后在上海落户,刮起了“洋超市”旋风。 “洋超市”以其积累半个多世纪的经营管理经验,凭借其雄厚的资金和先进的管理技术手段,一进入中国市场便有了很大发展。据报道上海易初莲花平均每天客流量约8万至10万人、最高的一天营业额突破了500万元人民币。目前,大型洋超市的门店数仅占8.7%,而1997年上半年销售额则占上海全市超市销售额的25%。 面对“洋超市”的“入侵”,上海等城市的本国超市企业又应该如何接受挑战与之抗衡呢?关键是如何以己之长,加速发展。
