《药粥疗法》一书,载录孙思邈氏的羊角粥方,即羊骨、糯米二味,酌加葱白、生姜、细盐等调味品,常作粥饭食用,有补肾气、强筋骨、健脾胃的功效,诚为虚弱体质者的佳肴。笔者学习有关资料,结合临床实践,谈谈个人的点滴体会。一、味甘性温,补虚散寒:羊骨性甘温,入脾、肾二经。含脂肪、碳水化合物、灰分、钙、磷、铁等。主要功用为益肾气、壮筋骨、补脾胃,对肾虚、腰膝痿软无力者有很好的疗效。明·李时珍说:“羊骨主治脾弱,肾虚不能摄精,白浊,除湿热,健腰脚,固牙齿,去(黑干)(黑曾)……”,糯米味甘性温,含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素B_1、B_2、烟酸、钙、铁、磷等。《本草纲目》谓其能:“暖脾胃,止虚泄痢。”酌加葱白、生姜性味辛温,并具通阳、
