柴油机是人们生存环境中不可缺少的动力源之一,对柴油机的维修保养一直是专业技术人员所面临的主题。笔者多年以来一直从事船舶轮机设备维修保养工作,就柴油机在运转过程中出现的几种故障及处理谈谈自己的看法。1.油泵修理后不久,柴油机突然出现转速不稳、飞车的现象经过:一台发电用的6135型船用柴油机,油泵修理后不久突然出现飞车、电压不稳的现象,油泵经解体后检查:(1)齿条灵活性好,无发卡现象。
Diesel engine is one of the indispensable power sources in people’s living environment. The maintenance of diesel engine has always been the subject of professional and technical personnel. The author has been engaged in the repair and maintenance of marine turbine equipment for many years and has talked about his own opinions on several faults and handling that occur during the operation of the diesel engine. Shortly after the pump was repaired, the diesel engine suddenly appeared unsteady in speed. The phenomenon of speeding passed: A 6135 type marine diesel engine for power generation suddenly appeared in the pump shortly after repairing, and the voltage was unstable. The pump was disassembled and checked: ( 1) rack flexibility, no hairpin phenomenon.
