本文从高职生源状况及用人单位对高职毕业生的要求出发,对高职人才培养模式进行了有益的探讨,提出了以突出思想道德教育和社会实践教育为特征的高职人才培养模式。
Based on the status of students in higher vocational colleges and the requirements of employers for higher vocational college graduates, this paper conducts a useful discussion on the mode of personnel training in higher vocational colleges and puts forward a mode of cultivating higher vocational education characterized by prominent ideological and moral education and social practice education.
