杰出的地球科学家杜乐天先生对地震和霾的成因及根治办法做过系统的探索,发表过多篇论文,但分散发表于各处。本文根据杜先生的论文《当代主流地震理论的致命缺陷》、《气体致震—一个可能的地震成因》、《再论气致灾的重大理论和实践价值》、《重大自然灾害的总导演—幔汁辐射排能》、《地球排气作用与自然灾害》、《实施1000口国土深钻(深8-12km)从根子上消减重大自然灾害》、2014年4月26日在“第四届流体地球科学与巨型成矿带及重大自然灾害学术研讨会”上的讲话以及本刊记者对多次访谈记录综合而成,并经杜先生本人审阅。此文集中系统地表达了杜先生对于地震、霾成因及根治办法的观点,便于广大读者学习参考。
Mr. Du Letian, an outstanding earth scientist, has systematically explored the causes of earthquakes and haze and how to cure them. He has published many papers, but distributed them in various places. According to Mr. Du’s thesis, “fatal flaw in contemporary mainstream seismology theory”, “gas induced earthquake - a possible cause of earthquake”, “re-comment on major theory and practical value of gas disaster”, “general director of major natural disasters - Draining mantle juice ”,“ Earth’s exhaust gas and natural disasters ”,“ implementing 1000 deep deep earth drilling (depth 8-12km) to eliminate major natural disasters from roots ”, April 26, 2014 in“ Session of fluid geosciences and giant metallogenic belt and major natural disasters, ”the speech and our correspondents on the interviews of a combination of multiple interviews, and Mr. Du himself.
