目的观察中成药联合西药对老年2型糖尿病并发症与临床疗效。方法选取用盐酸二甲双胍片治疗的老年2型糖尿病患者208例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组104例。对照组采用西药进行治疗,观察组采用中成药联合西药治疗,比较2组临床疗效、慢性并发症情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.26%,高于对照组的81.73%(P<0.05)。观察组糖尿病慢性并发症发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论中成药联合西药治疗老年2型糖尿病患者效果较为理想,可提高治疗总有效率,降低慢性并发症的发生率,有利于提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者和国家的经济负担。
Objective To observe the complications and clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on senile type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 208 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 104 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated with Chinese patent medicine combined with western medicine. The clinical curative effect and chronic complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.26%, which was higher than that in the control group (81.73%, P <0.05). The incidence of diabetic chronic complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is more effective, can improve the total effective rate of treatment, reduce the incidence of chronic complications, help to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the financial burden on patients and countries.
