“洞头移动欢迎您来到百岛之县,海霞故乡,温州临港工业、石化产业、旅游滨海港口城市,我们在这生机盎然的海上花园竭诚为您服务。”进入洞头地界,中国移动就发来如上手机短信。要是在一年之前,这条短信估计只有前半部分:百岛之县,海霞故乡。一年之前,2006年的4月29日,半岛工程建成通车,改写了温州版图,也从此改变了洞头的未来——临港工业、石化产业、港口城市、海上花园——尽管离实现这些目标还有漫长的距离,但走在洞头的土地上,人们已经能够深切地感受到由瓯江口区域规划带来的巨变!
