我国城市养老问题日益严重,本文在探讨传统四种养老模式及其存在的问题的基础上,提出了资产置换对接旅游养老的养老模式,提出城市老年人群退休以后可将自己在市区的生活资产通过一定渠道与市区周边旅游资产进行置换,同时旅游资产互换也可以为购买旅游资产的老年人群,以最低的成本在全国各地进行旅游。缓解老年人群不断增长对于现有养老服务业的压力,盘活老年人群资产,为城市具有一定消费水平的老年人提供养老新思路。
Based on the discussion of the traditional four kinds of old-age models and their existing problems, this paper puts forward the old-aged model of replacement of pension with assets replacement, and puts forward that after the retirement of urban elderly people, Through some channels and the surrounding urban tourism assets replacement, while tourism asset swaps can also buy the tourism assets of the elderly, with the lowest cost in all parts of the country tourism.
