石油作为国家战略资源,与社会经济长足发展密切相关。近年来,随着长庆油田在陇东地区勘探开发规模的不断扩大,原油产量大幅攀升,庆阳已成为长庆油田产能升级的关键增长点。但是随着长庆油田原油生产新区块的不断开发,管控面积越来越大,成分复杂的社会化员工大量引进,管理难度也相应的增大;而受利益驱使以及周边省市治安形势影响,不法分子铤而走险,油区生产纠纷频频发生,已成为制约油区和谐稳定发展不可忽视的重要因素。深入了解陇东油区社会治安管理现状,客观分析油区存在的问题,积极探索新形势下加强油区治理的措施,特别是积极稳妥地处理各类涉油矛盾纠纷,对于维护社会稳定、促进经济发展具有重要的现实意义。 As a national strategic resource, petroleum is closely related to the rapid development of society and economy.
