目的用被动吸烟法建立宫内被动吸烟胎鼠及宫内至断乳前持续被动吸烟幼鼠动物模型 ,比较不同浓度香烟暴露对胎鼠及幼鼠血清IGF -Ⅰ的影响。 方法SD雌鼠于交配后第 2d ,入低、中、高三种香烟浓度的被动吸烟箱中 ,每日 5h ,孕 2 1d剖宫取胎 ,收集胎鼠血清 ;或待孕鼠自然分娩 ,幼鼠置于与宫内相同香烟浓度的被动吸烟箱中 ,每日 5h ,至 2 1d断乳 ,取幼鼠血清。 结果不同浓度香烟暴露对胎鼠血清IGF -Ⅰ的影响无显著差异 ,随香烟浓度增高幼鼠血清IGF -Ⅰ呈下降趋势 ,高浓度组与对照组间差异显著。 结论宫内至断乳前持续被动吸烟降低幼鼠血清IGF -Ⅰ水平 ,随香烟浓度增高 ,差异显著。
Objective To establish a passive smoking rat model with passive smoking and a passive smoking mouse model before intrauterine to weaning, and compare the effects of different concentrations of cigarette exposure on serum IGF-Ⅰ in fetal mice and young rats. Methods Female SD rats were sacrificed on day 2, day 2 and day 2, respectively, and fetus serum was collected on the 2nd day after mating. Rats were placed in the same smoking chamber with the same concentration of cigarettes in the uterus, daily 5h, until 21d weaning, take pups serum. Results There was no significant difference in the serum IGF-I levels between different concentrations of cigarette exposure. Serum IGF-I levels of the young rats decreased with the increase of the cigarette concentration. There was significant difference between the high concentration group and the control group. CONCLUSION: Continuous intrauterine smoking to premature weaning reduces serum IGF-Ⅰ level in young rats, with a significant difference as the cigarette concentration increases.
