大型设备,特别是低速重载设备,其轴座结构大多采用轴座内表面浇注一层合金的结构。当合金表面磨损后,可再次浇注,因此瓦座可重复使用。其浇注一般应在专业厂家进行,但有时迫于生产、经济等方面的客观条件制约,需就地自行浇注。我厂于1995年自行浇注球磨机合金轴瓦成功。 球磨机的轴瓦直径φ950mm,我们制定浇注工艺并设计制作了相应的工装,浇注的材料为巴氏合金ZchSnSb11-6。该轴瓦使用至今,效果良好。现将浇注工艺介绍于下,以作探讨。
Large-scale equipment, especially low-speed heavy-duty equipment, most of its shaft seat structure using the inner surface of the shaft seat pouring a layer of alloy structure. The pouring should generally be carried out in a professional factory, but sometimes forced by the production, economic and other aspects of the objective constraints, the need to pour on the spot. I plant in 1995 self-casting ball mill alloy bearing success. Ball mill bearing diameter φ950mm, we develop the casting process and design and manufacture of the corresponding tooling, pouring material for the Babbitt ZchSnSb11-6. The bearing has been used to good effect. Casting process is introduced below, for discussion.
