Under the new situation of developing the socialist market economy, the fundamental task of the party’s ideological construction is to arm the minds of all party members with Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory. The fundamental starting point is to improve the overall quality of the party members. In this sense, the ideological education of Party members should be systematic and long-term. In order to do this, we must proceed from the actual situation of developing the socialist market economy, work hard to resolve difficulties, remove doubts, eliminate confusion and enhance absorption.
