要把课外体育活动开展得丰富多彩,要保证课外体育活动的质量,也必须充分发挥体育教师的主导作用。体育教师的主导作用主要可以从以下两个方面得到体现。一、活动计划的制定和内容的选择体育教学大纲上没有课外体育活动的计划、内容。各地区也没有统一安排。关于内容的选择往往由体育教师和教研组商量确定。所以体育教师必须制定合理的、切实可行的年级学期课外体育活动计划及选择、安排好活动内容,计划的制定和内容的选择要注意以下几点: 1.要有明确的目的,考虑物质条件的许可(学校的、社会的)、气候特点和所需时间等; 2.要认真考虑班级数、男女生人数、学生的兴趣爱好、活动基础及班级差异等; 3.要考虑到班主任的工作经验、小干部的工作能力及学生的体育意识等; 4.活动内容应该是课中练习过或学生易掌握、较安全的项目。 5.听取班主任对计划、内容的意见,并在年级会议上通过。做到人手一份,统一行动. 二、组织形式与活动方法的确定
