政治制度文明是政治文明的核心,同时也是作为“良法”之治的宪政在政治文明中的积极体现。宪政以法治为基础,是法治的“高级”形态,法治为宪政提供了丰富的理论渊源,没有法治的国家制度框架不是真正意义上的宪政。因此,应从法治建设的角度来完善我国的宪政建设,从而加快推进我国的政治制度文明建设就显得尤为重要。
Civilization of Political System Civilization is the core of political civilization. It is also an active manifestation of constitutional government in political civilization as the rule of “good law.” Constitutional government is based on the rule of law and is the “advanced” form of the rule of law. The rule of law provides a wealth of theoretical sources for constitutionalism. The state institutional framework without the rule of law is not a constitutional government in the true sense. Therefore, it is very important to perfect the construction of our country’s constitutionalism from the perspective of the construction of the rule of law so as to speed up the construction of the civilized political system in our country.
