对2002年全国茧丝绸行业的经济运行进行了分析,总结了2002年取得的成绩与存在的问题并分析预测2003年丝绸行业的形势将谨慎乐观。针对2002年情况,提出了加强推广高档丝绸标志,完善茧丝绸质量标准体系,加大创新力度,严控茧丝总量等措施。
This paper analyzes the economic operation of the national cocoon and silk industry in 2002, summarizes the achievements and existing problems in 2002, and analyzes and predicts that the situation in the silk industry in 2003 will be cautiously optimistic. According to the situation in 2002, measures were put forward such as strengthening the promotion of high-grade silk labels, improving the standard system of cocoon and silk quality, increasing innovation and strictly controlling the total quantity of cocoon thread.
