比例积分(PI)或比例积分微分(PID)调节系统中的积分饱和现象,是系统运行过程中的一个值得注意的问题。本文分析了产生积分饱和现象的原因以及由此所产生的超调量的大小,明确了各项参数对超调量的影响,提出了克服积分饱和现象的途径。一、产生积分饱和现象的原因及后果图1为由比例积分调节器(电动)与广义对象所组成的系统方块图。
Integral integral (PI) or proportional integral derivative (PID) adjusts the integral saturation phenomenon in the system, it is a noteworthy problem in the system movement process. This paper analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of integral saturation and the resulting size of overshoot, clarifies the impact of each parameter on the overshoot, and proposes a way to overcome the phenomenon of integral saturation.
