中职学校的学生档案管理是学校学生工作中的一个重要组成部分,是用人单位进行人才选择的重要依据。但是现行的档案管理工作中还存在一些问题,主要对这些问题进行具体分析并且提出了一些有效的策略。
The management of student files in secondary vocational schools is an important part of the work of school students and an important basis for the selection of qualified personnel by employers. However, there are still some problems in the current file management work, mainly analyzing these problems and putting forward some effective strategies.
