This paper introduces the meaning of general materials and key materials, expounds two important stages of quality control of material procurement, describes the quality control mode during the pre-procurement phase and the implementation phase, and focuses on the quality control requirements and methods for procurement of key custom parts. Through the quality control of material procurement, to achieve the purpose of ensuring product quality.
