目的探讨60岁以上妇女绝经后阴道出血的病因。方法对126例60岁以上妇女绝经后阴道出血的患者进行回顾性分析。结果126例中,功能性病变16例(12.7%),感染性疾病引起的出血11例(8.7%);良性病变54例(42.9%);恶性肿瘤45例(35.7%)。结论60岁以上妇女绝经后阴道出血患者大部分是良性病变,随着年龄增长和绝经时间延长,绝经后阴道出血中恶性肿瘤发生的危险性增大。
Objective To investigate the etiology of vaginal bleeding after menopause in women over 60 years old. Methods 126 cases of women over the age of 60 postmenopausal vaginal bleeding were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 126 cases, functional lesions were found in 16 (12.7%) and infectious diseases in 11 (8.7%). Benign lesions in 54 (42.9%) and malignant tumors in 45 (35.7%). Conclusion Most women over the age of 60 with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding in patients with benign lesions, with age and prolonged menopause, postmenopausal vaginal bleeding in the increased risk of malignant tumors.
