本工艺将稀土催渗软氮化新工艺用于QT70-2球铁曲轴。经过批量生产使用表明,新工艺先进、可靠,与原软氮化工艺相比,提高渗速55%,提高生产率33%,节省能源25%,具有显著的经济收益和社会效益。经该工艺处理的曲轴,性能达到国家标准要求,综合性能指标及使用寿命均优于原工艺曲轴。该工艺在国内首次应用于球墨铸铁曲轴,工艺简便易行,具有广泛的推广价值。该成果达国内先进水平。该工艺由华东冶金学院与安徽省全椒柴油机总厂共同研制。于1992年6月9日通过了安徽省冶金厅鉴定。
The process of rare earth infiltration nitrocarburizing new technology for QT70-2 ductile iron crankshaft. The process by East China Institute of Metallurgy and Anhui Province Quanjiao Diesel Engine Plant jointly developed. On June 9, 1992 passed the identification of Anhui Provincial Metallurgical Office.
