Using the self-rating SCL-90 questionnaire to investigate the mental health status of 243 national primary and secondary school backbone teachers, the results show that the overall mental health of key teachers is worse than that of ordinary people, and some teachers have mental health problems. Mental health was significantly worse than that of faculty members; female teachers were significantly worse than male teachers; teachers with low academic records were significantly worse than those with high academic qualifications. The psychological pressure of key teachers comes mainly from work, self-development, interpersonal relationships, economic status, social status and so on.
