胸腺肽al(thymosin al,tal)是70年代后期发现的胸腺肽提取物第五组份(TF5)中的一种成分,其为一由28个氨基酸组成的多肽。研究发现Tel可以提高衰老引起的低下的小鼠免疫功能,但其作用机理尚未完全阐明,发现Tal主要促使T细咆的分化及成熟,提高T细胞前体的频率,使IL-2的生成及其高亲和力受体的表达增加,提高Th细胞的功能使机体能有效地发挥免疫防护功能。本文应用Tal观察其对环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫功能的影响。
Thymosin al (tal) is a component of the thymosin extract fifth component (TF5) found in the late 1970s, which is a polypeptide of 28 amino acids. The study found that Tel can improve immune function induced by aging in mice with low immunity, but its mechanism of action has not yet been fully elucidated. It is found that Tal mainly promotes the differentiation and maturation of T cells, increases the frequency of T cell precursors, Its high affinity receptor expression increased, improve the function of Th cells so that the body can effectively play an immune protection. In this paper, we observed the effect of Tal on the immune function of immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide.
