图书馆服务模式已摆脱传统的僵化、被动服务理念的影响,日趋科学化和多元化,但仍存在一定问题,如对读者和用户的服务需求重视不够、社会化服务能力弱化等。为应对创新战略带来的影响,图书馆服务模式应依托知识服务内容,创新图书馆用户自主服务模式;应立足社会服务需求,加强图书馆服务模式多元发展;应利用移动数字平台,创新图书馆信息化服务模式;应推进服务共同体建设,创新图书馆统一物流服务模式。此外,应从提升图书馆人力资源建设水平入手,让文化共享成为推进图书馆服务模式创新的重要动力,构建既开放又独立的“微交流”场所。
The library service model has got rid of the traditional rigid and passive service concept and has become more scientific and diversified. However, there are still some problems, such as inadequate attention to the service needs of readers and users and weakening of social service capabilities. In order to cope with the impact of innovation strategy, library service model should rely on the content of knowledge services and innovate the independent service mode of library users. Based on the needs of social services, the library service model should be diversified. The mobile digital platform should be used to innovate the library Information service model; should promote the construction of service community, innovation library unified logistics service model. In addition, we should start with improving the level of library human resource construction, and make cultural sharing an important driving force for promoting the innovation of library service mode, and establish an open and independent place for micro-communication.
