道文化是一门深入的哲学,被认为是中国的传统文化当中跟现代休闲学最为接近的一种意识形态。中国古代休闲方式以及休闲观念深受道文化的影响。以道文化为视角,阐释了中国古代休闲行为,指出了中西文化冲突下道文化的衰落以及休闲失范现象的存在,并运用道家哲学思想释放被束缚的、固化的、变异的休闲思想,重塑现代休闲观念,将其回归到满足心灵自由恬适的目的上来。
Taoism is an in-depth philosophy that is regarded as the closest ideology to the modern leisure science among Chinese traditional culture. Ancient Chinese leisure style and leisure concept are deeply influenced by Tao culture. From the perspective of Taoism, this paper expounds the leisure activities in ancient China, points out the decline of culture under the Sino-Western cultural conflicts, and the existence of leisure anomie phenomena.
