目的:回顾性分析闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定治疗小儿股骨转子下骨折29例的影像学结果及临床疗效。方法:2006年12月-2010年3月采用上述方法治疗29例股骨转子下骨折患儿,男17例,女12例;年龄4～16岁,平均11.2岁。结果:随访16～36个月,平均28.8个月,29例骨折均骨性愈合。影像学结果 Theologis评分:满意26例,满意率89.66%,髋关节功能Sanders评分:优26例,良2例,优良率96.55%.结论:微创手术治疗小儿转子下骨折能获得满意骨折对位及对线,临床疗效满意。
OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively analyze the imaging findings and clinical effects of 29 cases of infantile subtrochanteric fractures treated with closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nailing. Methods: From December 2006 to March 2010, 29 children with subtrochanteric fractures were treated by the above method. There were 17 males and 12 females, aged from 4 to 16 years (mean, 11.2 years). Results: The follow-up ranged from 16 months to 36 months (average 28.8 months). All 29 fractures healed. Imaging results Theologis score: satisfactory in 26 cases, the satisfaction rate of 89.66%, the Sanders score of hip function: excellent in 26 cases, good in 2 cases, excellent and good rate of 96.55% .Conclusion: minimally invasive surgery in pediatric subtrochanteric fractures can obtain satisfactory fracture And on the line, clinical efficacy satisfactory.
