Finnish Minister of Social Affairs and Health Baolan Reiche attended the Sino-Finnish medical and health information construction exchange during his visit to China in early May. Hou Yan, director of the Planning and Information Department of the State Health and Family Planning Commission, attended the exchange conference and delivered a speech.
