随着中国各方面的发展,拆围的必要性愈发突出。中国已经进入了汽车时代,大城市的道路拥堵十分严重,城市道路规划不合理是主要原因,大量封闭的住宅区已成为城市交通的恶性肿瘤。因此,制定小社区规划,逐步开放现有的社区综合体,是一个绝对正确和必要的工程。然而,开放后,公共设施的设计研究是一个庞大的工程。首先,开放式小区最大的问题是小区住户的安全问题,门禁类公共设施显得尤为重要。其次,交通问题也是比较重要的,交通带来的噪音以及新的导向设计与人车分流问题。

The congestion in the major cities is very serious. The main reason for the unreasonable urban road planning is that a large number of enclosed residential areas have become malignant tumors in urban traffic. Therefore, it is an absolutely correct and necessary project to formulate plans for small communities and gradually open up existing community complexes. However, after the opening up, the design and study of public facilities is a huge project. First of all, the biggest problem of open-cell community is the safety of residential tenants. Access control public facilities are particularly important. Secondly, the traffic problem is also more important, the noise brought by traffic, and the problem of diversion between the new guided design and people and vehicles.
