幼儿教育是国民教育的重要一环,幼儿教育的好坏影响着人才的培养和国家的长远发展。现阶段,幼儿教育小学化趋势明显,主要表现在教育评价方式单一化、忽视儿童学习能力的发展、教育内容不广泛、教育方式陈旧等方面。为此,本文提出了一些改善幼儿教育小学化的策略,即了解幼儿身心发展特点,明确教育教学目标,建设一支高素质的教师队伍,完善家庭教育,加强对学校的管理。
Early childhood education is an important part of national education. The quality of early childhood education affects the training of qualified personnel and the long-term development of the country. At this stage, there is a clear trend of primary schooling of early childhood education, which is mainly manifested in the simplification of education evaluation methods, neglect of children’s learning ability development, inadequate education content and outdated education methods. To this end, this article puts forward some strategies to improve the elementary schooling of early childhood education. That is, we should understand the characteristics of young children’s physical and mental development, clarify the goals of education and teaching, build a contingent of highly qualified teachers, improve family education and strengthen the management of schools.
