实践证明,预应力管保护层的质量与管线的使用寿命有着密切的关系。一般来说,管子保护层的质量分为外观质量和内在质量。外观质量包括有否空鼓、裂缝、脱落,厚度是否足够等;内在质量包括强度、渗透性、粘结力、延伸率等。而后者更为人们所重视。在我国《预应力混凝土输水管》部标准JC114—76中,还未制定出保护层内在质量
Practice has proved that the quality of the protective layer of the prestressed pipe is closely related to the service life of the pipeline. In general, the quality of the tube protective layer is divided into appearance quality and intrinsic quality. The appearance quality includes whether there are empty drums, cracks, peeling, and whether the thickness is sufficient; the internal quality includes strength, permeability, adhesive force, elongation, and the like. The latter is more important to people. In China’s “Prestressed Concrete Water Pipe” Standard JC114-76, the intrinsic quality of the protective layer has not yet been formulated.
