对我院以低钾血症为主要表现的原发性干燥综合征1例分析如下。1病历摘要女,22岁。以“间断发作性全身乏力5 a,再发1个月,伴发热2 d”为主诉入院,5 a前,患者无明显诱因出现发作性全身乏力,以四肢为主,平卧不能抬起下肢。无发热、抽搐、寒战等伴随症状。于当地就诊,查电解质示:K+
