近年来,积累了许多证据提示人参皂甙可能影响动物的活动和大脑的功能。并已证明它们影响脑组织中的 CAMP 和单胺能系统,氨基酸混合物结合成蛋白质和葡萄糖结合为大脑类脂的过程。此外,还发现人参皂甙有缩短睡眠时间和抑制氯丙嗪对锥体外效应的作用。这些发现提示人参皂甙可能在神经传导质的调节方面起着作用,但人参皂甙对脑内神经递质代谢上的影响仍有待研究。
In recent years, there has been a lot of evidence that ginsenosides may affect animal activity and brain function. It has been shown that they affect the CAMP and monoaminergic systems in brain tissue and that amino acid mixtures combine to form proteins and glucose binds to brain lipids. In addition, it has also been found that ginsenosides can shorten sleep time and inhibit the effect of chlorpromazine on extrapyramidal effects. These findings suggest that ginsenosides may play a role in the regulation of neurotransmitters, but the effect of ginsenosides on the metabolism of neurotransmitters in the brain remains to be studied.
