2002年11月13目,南山区城管办、城管执法局举行欢迎南山巡警大队八中队派驻城管执法局工作的座谈会。市城管办副主任、执法局副局长秦永安,法制处赵啸海处长,南山公安分局副局长刘行,南山公安分局巡警大队政委侣学方,南山巡警八中队15名干警,南山区城管办、城管执法局主任(局长)李健和办(局)领导班子成员及各科科长、各执法队队长、各直属单位领导参加了座谈会。
