陆水电厂原水轮机转轮气蚀严重,桨叶不能自动协联,不能在最佳状态下运行,导致水轮机效率下降。经分析论证改用JK508转轮,并在陆水电厂2号机改造中应用,出力由原来的8800kW提高至10100kW,最高效率比原机型提高9%(相对效率)以上,改造获得圆满成功。
The water turbine runner of Lu Water Power Station is seriously cavitated, the blades can not be automatically linked and can not operate under the best condition, resulting in the decrease of turbine efficiency. JK508 rotor was used in the analysis and demonstration and was applied to the reconstruction of Lu-Lu Power Plant No. 2. The output was increased from 8800kW to 10100kW, and the maximum efficiency was over 9% (relative efficiency) higher than that of the original model. The transformation was successful.
