本文介绍我公司KGP250/2.5型晶闸管中频炉的维修方法,供参考。1水路故障通常出现的故障为循环水内有树叶等杂物堵塞,使元件发热损坏。要求循环水及时更换,清除杂物,避免晶闸管水套及其他冷却水路堵塞造成事故。2进线接触器故障KGP250/2.5型晶闸管中频炉选用两个CJ20-400型接触器(并联)。这两个接触器因电路电流大,安装位置通风条件较差,触点多次烧坏。用
