目的对胃肠道息肉切除术患者采用流程重组理论进行护理,并对护理效果进行研究。方法选取2014年9月至2015年8月到晋城市人民医院就诊并进行治疗的胃肠道息肉患者共200例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组则采用流程重组式的护理管理模式,记录两组护士对护理流程的满意度以及护理不良事件的发生情况,并对患者的护理满意度进行调查。结果观察组护士对工作护理流程满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组的护理不良事件发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.
