本文在扼要介绍1988年国外四种检索工具收录我国科技论文的统计概况及我国主要中文科技期刊论文的统计概况基础上,着重阐述了河海大学近几年科技论文的刊用状况。近几年来,河海大学随着科研工作的兴旺和学术水平的提高,科技论文的数量和质量有明显提高。但我校科技论文在国内外有影响的期刊上投稿少、刊用少;国际学术交流活动不够频繁;国际上发表的论文1989年有下降趋势。针对上述问题,本文探讨了今后的对策,对今后科技论文的投入、产出及投向等问题,提出了一些建议,供领导及科技人员参考。
Based on a brief introduction of the statistics of China’s scientific and technological papers collected in 1988 by four foreign search tools and the statistical profiles of the papers of major Chinese scientific and technical journals published in 1988, this paper focuses on the application of scientific papers in Hohai University in recent years. In recent years, Hohai University, with the prosperity of scientific research and the improvement of academic standards, the quantity and quality of scientific papers have been significantly improved. However, there are few articles in our school influential periodicals at home and abroad, and few articles are published. The international academic exchange activities are not frequent enough. The papers published in the world have been declining in 1989. In view of the above problems, this article explores the future countermeasures and puts forward some suggestions for the input, output and investment of scientific and technological papers in the future for the reference of leaders and scientific and technological personnel.
