问:由于“三来”加工和补偿贸易的需求,必须用国内自行生产的In.718合金板材制造发动机某些零部件。该合金板材标准采用AMS5596F(1987年1月版)《1750F(955℃)固溶热处理In.718合金薄板、带材和厚板》(简称)。鉴于标准中第3.4.1.5条规定了“显微组织”的要求:“金相检验应不显露明显的合金贫化或其他不合乎要求的表面状态。其验收标准应由供需双方协议确定”。能否提供可以参照的验收标准?以便我们航空厂(需方)与冶金厂(供方)进行讨论,顺利签订订货合同。
Q: Due to the “three to” processing and compensation trade needs, some of the engine parts must be made of In.718 alloy plates produced domestically.
