问题一、道路材料的分类、特性和试验目前采用的材料试验方法的多样性是交流情报和国际合作的一种障碍。道路材料试验技术委员会有责任同其他专门的国际组织,特别是国际材料与建筑联合会(RILEM)取得联系,起草这类推荐方案,在织物材料方面的需要更为迫切。为了提高情报的作用,专门术语的厘订也要继续努力赶上去。工业废料和副产品的使用愈来愈多,因此,在国际上很有必要交流使用这种材料的情报,这有其经济和保护环境的双重目的。
Issue I. Classification, characteristics and testing of road materials The diversity of testing methods currently used is a barrier to the exchange of intelligence and international cooperation. It is the responsibility of the Technical Committee on Testing of Road Materials to contact other specialized international organizations, in particular the International Federation of Materials and Construction (RILEM), to draw up such recommendations and to address the pressing need for fabric materials. In order to enhance the role of intelligence, the formulation of terminology should continue to catch up. As industrial waste and by-products are used more and more, it is necessary at the international level to exchange information on the use of such materials for its dual purposes of economy and environmental protection.
