本文首先阐述了图示法的原理 ,图示法是把设计系统的指标、对象、控制三个要素用特征方程统一起来 ,通过几何映射 ,得出控制器的算法 ;然后分析了单回路 PID整定 ,整定中指标用期望极点表示 ,对象用有理分式模型表示 ,同时给出了 PID整定的图示算法 ;在单回路整定的基础上 ,文中介绍了热工过程控制常用的串级系统主副调节器的整定 ,当主副回路时间常数相差较大时 ,可采用先整定副回路 ,再整定主回路的方法 ,而当主副回路时间常数相差不大时 ,采用补偿整定法 ;最后列举了热工对象实例及工程应用来说明本文提出整定法的可行性
