随着现代城市化的飞速发展,深基坑工程的建设速度也在不断加快,虽然我国的深基坑工程建筑施工的质量和安全相较以往有了很大程度的进步,但是由于深基坑工程的工期较长,施工难度大,技术要求高等特点,使在建筑施工中会遇到一些不确定的风险因素。现通过我公司承建的“华腾·碧水映象”、“布鲁斯国际新城”“得月星城”、“凯越·瑞天阳光”、三台“盛世·三千廷项目”的深基坑施工中分析在建筑深基坑工程中存在的各种风险,并提出合理有效的防范对策进一步规避建筑深基坑工程中的风险。
