“一机部农用液压缸联合设计组”根据YG系列液压缸存在的结构复杂、笨重、材质要求高等问题,对YG系列液压缸进行了改进设计。1976年初由沈阳农机实验厂试制了YG110液压缸改进型样机三台,同年四月在我所进行了初步试验,性能良好,但需要进一步进行生产使用试验。具体改进如下: 1.因YG系列液压缸系与拖拉机配套用的悬挂缸,需要用定位阀,所以保留了定位阀,但是将定位阀由原来放在前盖中移到缸筒外面,另外作个小总成焊在缸筒上。 2.安装连接尺寸同原来YG液压缸。
