The Red Cart is a classic poem from the famous American poet William Carlos Williams. The poem and Pound’s “at a subway station” and called the paradigm of imagist poetry. This paper mainly analyzes the form and content of the poem in detail, so as to understand the beauty of the artistic conception contained in poetry more deeply.
