2006年1月12日,由中国国际公共关系协会与人事部中国高级公务员培训中心合作开展的“公务员公共关系专业培训”,在中国高级公务员培训中心卫星课堂举办。这无疑将成为公共关系纳入公务员选修课的里程碑的时刻。这一课程的引入也必将提高公务员的公关素质,提升公务员运用公共关系专业加强行政管理和公共服务的水平,以适应国家政治体制改革的需要。在随后的报道中,我们将继续关注这一首开公务员公共关系课程的创举并节选课程的部分精华,以飧读者。
On January 12, 2006, the “Public Relations Professional Training for Civil Servants” conducted by China Association of International Public Relations and the Senior Civil Servant Training Center of China Ministry of Personnel was held in the satellite classroom of China’s Advanced Civil Service Training Center. This will undoubtedly become a moment of milestone in the integration of public relations into civil service electives. The introduction of this course will also improve the public relations quality of civil servants and enhance civil servants’ use of public relations professionals to strengthen the level of administration and public services so as to meet the needs of the reform of the political system in the country. In the ensuing reports, we will continue to focus on this initiative to open civil service public relations courses and excerpt some of the best course to readers.
